FBU's Thurmond Moore Tackling Academy Aug 6th 2012 - LHHS

UPDATE: Photos from the Tackling Academy

Alex Steele-Knox has arranged for Football University's Thurmond Moore, former NFL defensive line coach, to hold his Tackling Academy (www.tacklingacademy.org) at the Leo Hayes High School front field on Monday Aug 6th, 2012.

Players camp is from 6:30 pm -9 pm and Coaches classroom session starts at 5:30 pm, then moves on-field with players at 6:30.

The Tackling Academy is a unique, one of a kind football experience, combining a coaching clinic with an athletes’ camp. It is designed to teach the most current and safest way to tackle. The techniques taught at The Tackling Academy have been implemented in the UFL, NFL, College and High School levels.

This is open to players of all ages and positions AND Coaches - at NO COST.

This is a No Contact camp, players only require cleats, tees and shorts (and water!!).

We hope your son will take part in this unique opportunity and we would ask that you forward this email to other parents with football players in the Fredericton area.

The varsity coaching teams from the area have been invited to participate and currently two schools have confirmed. Please tell your son's coaches you would like them to attend the Tackling Academy.

You must register here.

If you have any questions please contact myself (joeley@venquestpartners.com / 454-3224) or Alex Steele-Knox (alex_steeleknox@xplornet.com / 458-1351).

All the best,
Joeley Carson-Dee
