Notes from Parent Meeting

At the parent Meeting on Wednesday, Sept 8th Pattie Durling outlined the need for volunteers at all of our games.  Some of these positions are filled but please speak to Pattie if you are interested in helping out with any of these tasks:

All games:

• Water for the Balck Kats - water, cups, and tables
• Game reports for the newspaper and radio
• Game reports to school for announcements
• Game film

Home Games:

• Field set-up and tear-down - placing the yard makers, goal line markers, and goal post padding on the field.  We also need to transport this gear to and from the school.  The team owns this gear - it is not provided by CAMFA.
• Canteen - We have a volunteer to work the canteen but extra help is always appreciated
• Sideline sticks and down markers - Three people needed to move the sticks along the sideline under the direction of the referee
• Timer/Score clock
• Programs - should include rosters for both teams, coaches, sponsors, and game schedule
• Gate - collect entrance fee 
• Sound System - provided by Tony's Music Box
• Videographer - Mike Gange and Journalism students
• Game Announcer
• Spotter
