The plan is to start August 17/10 at the FHS game field at 9:00am and 6:00 pm. Players should present themselves at the field with copious amounts of water, an industrial sized tube of A535, appropriate workout attire and running shoes. Cleats are only suggested footwear for evening (6:00 pm) practices.
